1. Controller for data processing

The controller for the data processing on this website is the foundation named above in the Legal Notice.

2. Data processing in the context of the online donation form

If you make a donation via our online form, we process the data you enter in order to process the donation securely and to comply with statutory accounting obligations.

• Categories of data concerned: Master data (first name, surname), contact data (email address), payment data (payment method, encrypted transaction IDs) and donation information (donation amount, timestamp).

• Legal bases for processing:

  • Performance of a contract & pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Required for the technical and organisational processing of the donation.

  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): We are obliged under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) to keep proper accounts.

3. Transfer to payment service providers

To carry out and settle donations (e.g. via credit card, PayPal or instant bank transfer), your data is transmitted in encrypted form to the payment service provider you have selected. We ourselves never store complete credit card or bank details at any time.

4. Storage duration

Donation-related data, correspondence and accounting records are stored securely in accordance with the statutory retention periods of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (§ 132 BAO) for a period of 7 years from the end of the respective calendar year, and are deleted thereafter.

5. Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection with regard to your data stored by us. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with us or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB).

Two notes on the source text: the website address reads www.ricica-bruckner.con in your original — likely a typo for .com, but I kept it as written. The same goes for "A- 1160 Wien" (spacing) and "Sofortüberweisung", which I rendered as "instant bank transfer" since that is the descriptive term for the payment method.
